The Evidence Based Capacity Development to Enhance the Participation of Women in Formal and Informal Decision Making project which is being implemented by FSS in partnership with CST-Ethiopia facilitated a capacity building training for Women socio-economic empowerment project partner organizations staff for 5 days from July 19-23 at Azzeman Hotel, Addis Ababa. The training was on ToT on women leadership, Disaster Risk Reduction, Protection and psychosocial support services. Participants were mainly project coordinators and officers, and the training is expected to help them execute the project activities in a more effective way to bring the project deliverables to project beneficiaries, and also to build their project designing and implementation capacity for their future career development.
